Calcarb Ltd. recently hired David Nimmo as its international sales and marketing manager. He will oversee the company’s global sales and marketing efforts to vacuum furnace, aerospace, solar, semiconductor, photovoltaic, crystal growing, and other carbon-bonded carbon fiber (CBCF)-based rigid insulation and precursor material markets.

“David represents an excellent addition to our international team,” said Hugh McLeod, managing director. “His knowledge of our key markets will be a valuable asset, as will his background in technical sales and service.”

Most recently, Nimmo served as director of sales and marketing for Frontier Semiconductor. His experience also includes positions as vice president of sales for Optical Metrology Innovations Ltd. and European operations manager for ADE International Corp.
