Location, Location, Location: Site-Specific Work

July 11, 2008

The Archie Bray Foundation for the Ceramic Arts will host a workshop called “To the tonic of any key…” August 4-8. According to the Bray’s website, “Walter McConnell and Linda Sormin, co-workshop leaders, invite participants to make work in response to the geographical, material, architectural, historical and social site of the Archie Bray Foundation. In a forum of open experimentation, with accompanying slides, lectures, demonstrations, discussions and critiques, participants will explore conventional processes--and some decidedly non-conventional approaches -- for building site specific work in clay.”

Visit www.archiebray.org/workshops_classes/workshop_4.html for additional information and registration details.
