Ferro Electronic Material Systems will introduce commercial products for high density automotive and military applications requiring conductors that produce fine lines of less than 100 microns in width at IMAPS 2003, booth 302. Ferro's 2554T silver thick film paste for advanced screen printing achieves a line width of 50 microns, and its C4002D photoetchable gold conductor produces lines that are less than 50 microns wide on fired alumina substrates. Ferro also will present a paper on its developments in photoimageable technology for microwave and millimeter wave applications that has achieved 30 micron lines with 40 micron spaces on LTCC. The presentation is scheduled for 8:00 a.m., November 18, in room TA 2 of the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, Mass.
