CERADYNE RECEIVES $32.3 MILLION ESAPI ORDER
Ceradyne, Inc. recently received a $32.3 million enhanced small arms protective inserts (ESAPI) order to be delivered in the second and third quarters of 2008. This order is a delivery order issued by the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia against a larger indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity three-year contract issued in December 2007.

SAINT-GOBAIN TO SUPPLY REFRACTORIES FOR RPI GENERATOR
Saint-Gobain Ceramics recently signed a contract with Riley Power Inc. (RPI) to supply all materials and installation services for the refractories for a new waste-to-energy unit that is currently under construction at the existing Hillsborough County Waste-to-Energy Facility in Tampa, Fla. For this project, the refractories will form part of a 600-ton-per-day municipal solid waste (MSW) fired steam generator.

TEVTECH RELOCATES TO BILLERICA, MASS.
TevTech, LLC has announced its relocation from its Wilmington facility to Billerica, Mass. The new facility provides a nearly three-fold increase in production and administrative space. The move was necessitated by continued growth in the company's core products. According to the company, demand for controlled atmosphere systems used to produce armor plates, purification systems and CVD systems for the production of semiconductor processing components has risen significantly.
