Survey Says!
The CI CyberNews CyberPoll from last week asked our readers if they thought that the stock market is an accurate predictor of economic recovery. Of the total respondents, 60% answered no while 40% answered yes. One respondent commented, "The stock market is too volatile and too easily manipulated by the press, etc." Another said, "The market is a discounting mechanism. Recovery in the economy will fuel stock recovery."
