Survey Says!
Last week's CyberPoll asked our readers if they think we've seen the bottom of the recession. Of the total respondents, the vast majority (81.3%) don't think so. One reader said, "Steel, construction and cars are showing some signs of life. But any recovery will be short-lived if the government keeps spending like they are. Interest rates and inflation will skyrocket. Tax increases on energy, etc. will damper any rebound." Another reader said, "We have [seen the bottom of the recession], in spite of what the conservative talking heads want us to believe."
