it is. Once tile is mixed, pressed, decorated and fired, it goes into a carton. A label is applied on one side of the carton. The label is either an actual label that is stuck on the box, or information that is ink-jet printed on the side of the box. That's where the secret is... The vast majority of respondents (95.5%) to last week's CyberPoll believe that American businesses would have proceeded with the transfer of production to lower-cost labor centers outside of the U.S. even if they'd known of the domestic factory shutdowns and unemployment that would result. One reader commented: "Most large American businesses would have proceeded with it, because many of these have benefited from these 'lower-costs labor centers.' It's the American worker and small businesses that have been hurt." This poll generated a large number of
interesting comments. |
