FocusOn: Snap-In Flexible Connector Reduces Dust, Leaks and Saves Time

The BFM® fitting is a more sanitary, safe and efficient way to connect equipment that's used to handle and process powder materials. They make old-fashioned flexible sleeves fastened with hose clamps obsolete. You can remove or replace a BFM fitting, without tools, in a minute or two. They're ideal for offset, vibrating and oscillating equipment because they don't have crevices to trap material, or extra material to cause pinch points and premature wear. Sizes are available in virtually any length and diameter.

CyberPoll

1. The DISCLOSE act, which requires political action committees such as corporations and labor unions to reveal the names of election spending donors to shareholders and members, recently passed in the U.S. House and is going to the Senate for debate. The act also prohibits election spending by corporations owned by foreign nationals and by those who have received help from the government but have not yet repaid it. Most limitations put forth by the act are attached to a specific dollar amount in the interest of fairness. Is this a reasonably objective way to control election spending?
Yes    No   Not sure

Survey Says!
The CyberPoll last week asked if
China 's recent move to allow more flexibility for its currency would have a positive impact on the U.S. economy. The majority of respondents (63.6%) answered yes, while 18.2% answered no and the same number (18.2%) were unsure. One reader commented, "I'm sure that any currency flexibility on the Chinese yuan will be very, very minimal and that this is a PR move more than anything else!"
