Andrew Bopp is the associate executive director for the Society of Glass and Ceramic Decorators, based in Washington, D.C. The association represents approximately 800 members who decorate glass and ceramicware and vendors that supply materials and services to decorators.

He formed Ruark Engineering Inc. nearly three years ago and serves as a technical consultant to two kiln companies. He has organized several training seminars, retrofitted numerous kilns and participated in the specification and procurement of new kilns.
