The Carl Schenck Group of Damstadt, Germany, parent company of AccuRate(R) and Schenck Weighing Systems, recently announced double-digit increases in sales and earnings for 2000. Sales reached Euro 576.6 million, an increase of 23% over sales of Euro 467.8 million in 1999. EBT increased to Euro 27.4 million in 2000, an increase of 27% over 1999. Net income for 2000 was Euro 13.6 million. Operational earnings increased from Euro 14.1 million in 1999 to Euro 22.3 million for 2000.
