Dyson Appoints Jackson its U.S.-Based Sales Manager

Dyson Ceramic Systems has appointed Mike Jackson its American sales manager in a move designed to enhance customer service. Previously located in the UK as Dyson's international sales manager, Jackson will be based in Cornellus, N.C. His appointment is part of the company's ongoing work to strengthen its sales and distribution organization in the Americas. Jackson joins Bob Kelly, general manager (Americas), who is based in the Philadelphia, Pa., area. As well as overseeing the U.S., Canada and South America, Kelly manages Dyson's service center in Bethlehem, Pa. Also part of the Dyson team is Dave McCuen. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, McCuen was formerly the U.S. agent for Acme Marls for many years.
