Bruker AXS is now implementing a revolutionary new level in the evolution of XRF service support. These new service options are especially designed to meet the needs of the company's XRF process control customers with S4 Explorer, SRS 3400 and SRS 3000 instruments. To answer the needs for quicker response, 24-hour/7-day telephone and parts support and 365-day on site service, the company will be offering several expanded service contracts, including 24-hour/7-day technical phone support with overnight parts shipment, 24-hour/5-day on site service and 24-hour/7-day on site service.
