Superconductive Components Announces New Corporate Structure

Superconductive Components, Inc. recently announced a new corporate structure, with SCI Engineered Materials becoming the sole operating unit of the company. Target Materials, Inc. and SCI Division, previously separate divisions of the company, will conduct business as SCI Engineered Materials. "SCI Engineered Materials better aligns the company's overall strengths with its growth opportunities," said Daniel Rooney, president and chief executive officer. "During the past several months we have begun to implement plans to better utilize the company's established capabilities, including its extensive product offerings. The establishment of SCI Engineered Materials as the sole operating unit of the company underscores our commitment to streamline the organization and increase our focus on key commercial markets. We are now positioned to direct resources to areas of greatest need and opportunity."
