To enhance the synergy of Procedair Industries and its sister companies, and to set the stage for more focused growth in the future, these divisions were unified under a common name -- Solios Environment -- effective January 1, 2003. Solios will continue to provide the Procedair all-dry and enhanced all-dry scrubbing systems. The company expects that its services will improve as it draws on a larger supplier database and deeper resources for R&D and personnel. All existing contracts are being transferred to the new company name. Existing phone and fax numbers remain unchanged, and e-mail forwarding is currently in place.
