Schenck AccuRate Acquires Assets of SolidsFlow

Schenck AccuRate recently announced that it has acquired the assets of SolidsFlow.

In a move aimed at expanding product offerings and strengthening market position, Schenck AccuRate, Inc. recently announced that it has acquired the assets of SolidsFlow, Inc. Since 1975, SolidsFlow has been marketing dry material feeders, bin dischargers and material spreading systems based on louvered vibratory technology. "The move demonstrates our commitment to growth through both internal and external sources," said Greg Fream, president and CEO of Schenck AccuRate. "We expect the addition of SolidsFlow products and know-how to substantially increase our ability to serve customers in a number of important industry sectors."
