Morgan Crucible Sells Six E/M Coating Application Facilities

The Morgan Crucible Co. plc recently announced that it has sold six E/M coating application facilities to Curtiss-Wright Corp. E/M, a division of Morgan Advanced Ceramics, Inc. (MAC) and a subsidiary of The Morgan Crucible Co. plc, is a manufacturer of solid film lubricants. As a result of the sale, E/M will change its name to EVERLUBE(R) Products, a division of Morgan Advanced Ceramics, Inc., which will enable the company to integrate with MAC's corporate identity, sales infrastructure and market strategy. This unification will enhance MAC's product offerings and reinforce its strategic direction to be a global leader in key markets, including the medical, electronics, semiconductor processing, industrial and aerospace industries.
