Bohlin Instruments: Digital Capillary Rheometers
March 12, 2003
Bohlin Instruments recently announced the new RH7-D and RH10-D additions to its range of capillary rheometers. The company's Rosand RH7 is used in research laboratories worldwide for a range of applications, including polymers, foods, coatings and ceramics. Bohlin has continuously developed the original RH7 design, since the acquisition of the Rosand capillary product line, along with its operating software to produce a new generation of floor standing capillary units with market leading performance characteristics and capabilities. The RH7-D and RH10-D retain much of the robust H frame design principle, which lies at the heart of the instruments' ability to operate under high loading conditions. Up to 100 kN of load and 1200 mm/min of speed is available on the RH10-D model.
