NSL Acquires Perkinelmer ICP/MS With DRC Technology

NSL Analytical Services recently announced its newest capital equipment acquisition, the PerkinElmer Elan ICP/MS DRCe for the trace elemental analysis market of inorganic materials testing. This strategic capital acquisition is in keeping with NSL's customer service focus to exceed current requirements through continuous improvement. The addition of the ICP/MS DRCe bolsters NSL's high technical capabilities for elemental analysis to parts per million (ppm) and parts per billion (ppb) levels. This highly productive instrument offers greater sensitivity, and its reaction cell technology reduces -- and in some cases eliminates -- interference through the introduction of ultra-high-purity gases. The recent completion of NSL's in-house precision and accuracy correlation studies to industry standards clears the way for the staff of the NSL Trace Analysis business unit to meet the increasing needs and requirements of the growing customer base for low-level elemental detection.
