PVB Names Scott Vice President Of Sales

Brick industry veteran Paul M. Scott has joined Potomac Valley Brick and Supply Co. (PVB) as vice president, sales. Bringing 34 years of residential and commercial masonry experience to PVB, he will oversee the company's sales activities. Through May 2002, Scott served as Southeast Division commercial vice president for Hanson Brick America. Prior to Hanson's purchase of US Brick, he served as vice president of sales for Hanson's Richtex Brick division, Columbia, S.C. His earlier positions included vice president of sales and marketing for Carolina Ceramics, Columbia, S.C., and architectural brick sales for Richtex Brick, starting in 1969. He has worked with PVB throughout his career at Richtex and Carolina Ceramics. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of South Carolina.
