Tiger Optics will introduce its new LaserTrace(TM) in booth 6456 at SEMICON West, to be held July 14-16 in San Francisco, Calif. LaserTrace is the first modular, multi-point, multi-species analyzer based on a powerful technology known as Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy (CRDS). It provides a fast, accurate and easy-to-use means to detect molecular contaminant down to parts-per-trillion levels. The LaserTrace is capable of detecting many species, such as H2O, O2, CH4, H2, CO, NH4, H2S and HF. Using fiber optic connections, the LaserTrace affords remote monitoring of up to four different analyses at four sample points for as many as four different gases. The detection range of the LaserTrace extends from 100 ppt up to 1000 ppm.
