SAMA's isostatic pressing plants with robot fettling technology for complex shaped large tableware have become accepted worldwide. The LPP 1-45/UPR-A automatic production system for complex shaped tableware articles features many components, including an LPP 1-45 horizontal press, laid out for an output of up to 450 pieces per hour of large tableware articles; a discharge chute and pre-centering; a flash breaking device; opto-electronic position recognition with software for the determination of the coordinates of the turning angle and displacement; a turntable or flat indexing conveyor belt for transferring the article to the respective fettling robot; and much more. SAMA's systems offer high flexibility, precise operation, high output, minimal set up times, and the opportunity to economically produce complex shaped articles with high-quality reproducibility. The UPR/A fettling system can be linked to any existing horizontal press or delivered as a complete system along with SAMA's horizontal production plants.
