ART, Inc. has sold its Crystallume division tool business to Robb Jack Corp., a manufacturer of tungsten carbide tools.

“The addition of the Crystallume DCC (diamond coated carbide) tool coating business complements our capability to serve our present customers and expands our ability to reach out to a broader customer base,” said David Baker, president of Robb Jack.

ART will work with Robb Jack to market the DCC technology and equipment outside North America, particularly in the Pacific Rim. For additional information, e-mail dave@robbjack.com.

Additionally, ART has launched its new upgraded websites at www.art-inc.com and www.tech-ceram.com. The sites now provide visitors with a user-friendly overview of the company’s products, technologies and markets, as well as up to date news and employment opportunities. A downloadable version of the company’s quarterly newsletter is also available.
