Monvera Glass Décor, a provider of glass decoration services to the wine, spirits, beverage and food industries, is expanding production capacity and enhancing its existing screen printing capabilities. Over the last year, the company’s new ownership and management team has focused on improving and expanding service offerings. Clients can now screen print up to six colors at a time, giving them more flexible options with their label design. This capability, combined with the recent move to a 25,000-square-foot facility, doubles Monvera’s existing production capacity and supports a faster, more efficient production with shorter lead times for large case runs.

“We are extremely excited about the potential for growth in this industry,” said Sadegh Ghorban, vice president of operations. “Screen printing offers a wide range of flexible design options that help create a beautiful high-end look for our clients’ bottles.”

Using Italian screen printing equipment, up to six colors can be printed at one time. Ceramic inks are used for extreme label durability, but precious metal inks are also available.
