Cookson Group Plc recently announced that Steve Corbett will join its Board of Directors as an executive director, effective May 1. Corbett is president and CEO of Cookson’s Performance Materials division (previously the Electronics division). He joined the Electronics division in 1990 and has held various senior management roles within its joining technologies businesses. In 2002, he was named president of Enthone, the newly acquired surface chemistries business.
