Resco Products CEO Brown to Retire; Midea Elected Successor

Resco Products Inc. recently announced that president and CEO Bill Brown plans to retire after 14 years with the company. The Board of Directors has elected John Midea, former president and CEO of Ennis Traffic Safety Solutions, to succeed Brown as CEO. Brown will remain a member of Resco’s Board of Directors.

“Bill’s leadership and vision have driven exceptional growth at Resco over the years,” said Carl Stanton, chairman of the Resco Board of Directors. “His customer-first approach and commitment to high-quality and innovative product offerings form the foundation upon which the company has been built and operates today.”

Midea joins Resco from Ennis Traffic Safety Solutions, where he has worked since 2008. Prior to joining Ennis, Midea earned his master’s of business administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and held various senior leadership positions at The Valspar Corp. and Georgia-Pacific Corp.
