Protective gas chamber furnaces from this company are available with gastight muffle for heat treatment processes under protective gas atmosphere up to 1,050°C. They can be used for soldering and annealing processes, scaling-free treatment of sensitive steel qualities, debinding and sintering processes, oxidation or reduction of surfaces, pyrolysis, and other applications under controlled atmosphere.

Available options include:

  • Inconel muffle for a maximum operating temperature up to 1,150°C
  • Three-zone-control
  • Gas feeding, burning-off device and flame supervision
  • Safety package (H2-operation)
  • Gas ventilation
  • Fast cooling
  • Gas quenching with heat exchanger
  • Vacuum up to 800°C
