Forterra plc recently announced that Katherine Innes Ker has joined the board as an independent non-executive director. She will chair the Remuneration Committee following a handover period and will also be a member of the Audit Committee. Currently serving as non-executive chairman of Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) plc and senior independent director of The Go Ahead Group plc, Innes Ker previously held a range of executive and non-executive positions in sectors such as housebuilding, property development, education, media, and banking at organizations such as St. Modwen Properties plc, Taylor Wimpey plc, and Tribal Group plc.
