Motiva, Inc. recently announced that Acme Brick Co. has selected the Motiva Enterprise Incentive Management Suite to manage incentive compensation for nationwide sales of its brick and concrete building products. A subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., Acme Brick manufactures more than 1.1 billion brick per year and operates 32 plants, 11 tile distribution warehouses and 44 sales offices throughout the south central U.S. "We were looking for an incentive software package that would be highly flexible, easily configurable and capable of providing management with clear and timely feedback on goal achievement," said Judy Hunter, vice president of finance, Acme Brick. "Motiva will enable our non-technical people to handle plan administration, report creation and performance analysis."
