AGR Adds Bayer to Staff

American Glass Research (AGR) recently announced the addition of Rick Bayer to its staff. His duties are anticipated to include fracture diagnosis for product liability issues, instruction for various fracture based AGR seminars, and consultation/auditing in the areas of glass plant quality control. Bayer joins AGR following 31 years of service with Owens-Illinois, where his most recent position was manager, product safety. During his time with Owens-Illinois, Bayer developed proficiency in fracture diagnosis, expertise in the area of glass plant quality control and experience in product liability matters, including expert witness testimony. He received a bachelor's of science degree in business administration from Bryant College, Providence, R.I.
