Airflow Announces Merger with Fab-Tech

Airflow Systems, Inc. recently announced the merger of Fab-Tech, Inc. into Airflow Systems. "This merger represents the completion of another step in Airflow's customer focus initiative," said Tony Bodmer, president. "Our customers benefit from Airflow's expanded metal fabrication capabilities, improved manufacturing processes and increased throughput." Manufacturing operations and management offices are located in Airflow Systems' new 70,000-square-foot headquarters in Dallas, Texas. "We have tripled our metal fabrication capacity," said Jerry Browning, former president and owner of Fab-Tech. Browning will serve as vice president of the combined companies, which will operate under the name Airflow Systems, Inc.
