The Clean-Pak filter from Airguard maintains full pocket integrity, even under turbulent or high resistance conditions, thanks to a microfine synthetic media and a high-strength sonic seal. Ribbons of polypropylene fabric are welded inside the pockets to create aerodynamic channels that allow air to flow smoothly. Total pocket inflation fully utilizes all of the media while minimizing resistance and maximizing dust holding capacity. Clean-Pak media is manufactured from dual-layer synthetic fibers. The upstream layer is a meltblown facing that protects the final filter layer and prevents erosion. The high loft meltblown final filter layer provides high efficiency and high dust holding capacity with low resistance.
