Airguard has developed Stackguard(R), a paint arrestor media that is 99%+ efficient for a wide range of paints, coatings and glazes. Stackguard incorporates fiber glass media for high paint holding capacity with a polyester backing for high particulate efficiency. This high-performing collection media holds 35 times its weight in paint particulate overspray -- and has a tensile strength three times higher than paper-backed medias, per ASTM #D-1682. The 2-in. Stackguard offers a clean resistance to airflow of .02 at 100 fpm or .30 at 500 fpm, while the 4-in. version has a clean resistance to aiflow of .05 at 100 fpm and .52 at 500 fpm. Both are sold in rolls or pads, in widths from 20 to 60 in.
