Alconox, Inc.'s Technical Support Group has announced the availability of a new, free cleaning analysis consultation service designed to help manufacturing and process engineers improve cleaning system performance and product integrity. The process starts with a pre-consultation form, which allows engineers to indicate types of surfaces being cleaned, soils removed, cleaning process employed, time/temperature/concentration of cleaner, and rinse and drying process. Any cleaning problems or issues, such as incomplete cleaning, waste treatment, parts rusting, etc., are also indicated on the form. Based on this data, the Alconox Technical Services Group provides a complete report, including process changes that can enhance cleaning performance.
