Aluminium Pechiney Gardanne has developed a new website dedicated to aluminas. The technical aluminas commercialized by Pechiney under the trade name Altech® are used in numerous applications including catalysts, refractories, flame retardants, ceramics, polishing and glass. The goals of the new website are: to generate and consolidate sales contacts with the business-to-business customer base; to promote the use of aluminas as a material; to provide up-to-date information about the various forms of aluminas, their production and applications; and to provide information about the site of Gardanne, its history, safety, environment and quality policy. The new site also enters Pechiney Altech into the world of e-business by providing e-services in its customer area section.
