AMDC to Host Contract Manufacturing Forum

The Atlantic Medical/Manufactured Device Consortium (AMDC) is sponsoring a Meet the Experts program at the The Colonnade Hotel in Baltimore, Md., on March 5, 2003, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The program will provide a forum for product development personnel and contract manufacturers' engineers who are seeking solutions for prototype and product development challenges. Developers will be able to schedule meetings with experts in a wide variety of disciplines. The AMDC's initial marketing efforts are directed to the Mid-Atlantic area, where technology development grants are among the largest in the nation. The AMDC is a syndicate of companies supporting product development activities with a wide variety of technical capabilities. The consortium provides one-stop shopping to those marketing OEM components by expediting technological development, generating working prototypes and smoothing the transition of leading edge products into commercialization.
