AMETEK Names Rubiano Business Unit Manager for Edax (2/13/07)

AMETEK, Inc. has named Rodrigo Rubiano division vice president and business unit manager for EDAX Inc. Rubiano comes to AMETEK from Tyco Electronics, where he most recently served as general manager of its Magnetics Group. “We are pleased to have Rodrigo join AMETEK,” said Alan Devenish, vice president and general manager of AMETEK Materials Analysis Division. “He brings extensive operating and general management experience to his new position and is expected to make important contributions to the continued growth and success of our EDAX Business Unit.”
