Applied Manufacturing Technologies, Inc. (AMT) has opened a new regional office in San Antonio, Texas, that will support the growing Southwest market as well as AMT's key local customers. The office will be headed by AMT veteran Crystal Parrott as the company's new regional director.

"We identified the Southwest region as a high growth and vibrant opportunity for us," said Joseph Campbell, chief operating officer. "Establishing direct operations in San Antonio will enable us to support local customers, including the new Toyota manufacturing plant, as well as the automation market in northern Mexico." The new office is located at the San Antonio Technology Center and will include sales, support, engineering and development departments.
