Technical Bulletin A8 provides specifications and instructions for using the company’s complete line of Aremco-Bond™, Pyro-Duct™ and Heat-Away™ electrically and thermally conductive adhesives, coatings and thermal greases. These products offer solutions to a variety of electrical, electronic and thermal design problems throughout industry. The company’s electrically conductive adhesives and coating systems are formulated using either epoxy or inorganic binder systems. Aremco-Bond™ epoxy systems are silver-filled and operate to 340°F. Pyro-Duct™ inorganic systems are either nickel or silver filled and operate up to 1200°F.
