American Technical Ceramics Corp. (ATC) was recently ranked among Long Island, N.Y.'s, Top Public Companies in a special "Newsday" report. "Long Island has played an important part in ATC's growth since we established our headquarters in Huntington Station 37 years ago," said Victor Insetta, president and chief executive officer. "We are very pleased to receive this recognition. While it is a challenging time because of the economy and slowdown in the technology sectors, we believe that our heritage of quality products, along with the strength of our operations, including our strong Long Island workforce, helps to position ATC for the future. We continue to invest in the development of new products and believe we are positioned to meet future demand in the electronic components industry."
