Belden Brick recently announced it has acquired virtually all the assets of the Lawrenceville Brick Co. Lawrenceville’s two relatively new brick manufacturing facilities, along with a significant source of clay reserves, will fit well into the Redland Brick umbrella of production, marketing and administrative services, according to William H. Belden, Jr., chairman of Belden Brick.

Key management members at Lawrenceville will continue their roles of delivering high-quality products and services.
