Binks has introduced its next generation in spray finishing pump technology -- the Pogo Plus. The new pump builds on the company's original drum transfer Pogo pump to offer unparalleled reliability features. The Pogo Plus pump incorporates several new features designed to ensure continuous high-volume delivery of low to medium viscosity coatings and adhesives. New features include a 2-in. air motor with "unbalanced valve" design for virtually unstallable operation, a contained leak path that prevents material build-up on the drum, an upper ball check for more reliable transfer than flat check, an improved energized upper "U" cup that provides longer life with less leakage, and a divorced design for easy maintenance and prevention of material migration into the motor.
