Jack Parrish, vice president and chief financial officer, has been appointed executive vice president of Blasch Precision Ceramics, Inc. "Mr. Parrish has provided leadership in three key areas of our company since his joining Blasch in 1998," said President and CEO David Bobrek. "He has led the company's Human Resource Management efforts, along with our Information Technology systems and financial administration." Parish's new position will require greater customer contact, general management and strategic responsibility. Part of his new role will include identification and financial assessment of strategic growth opportunities for Blasch, both internal and external, including potential merger and acquisition work, off-shore joint venture manufacturing, and possible out-sourcing of new products.
