Blasch Precision Ceramics, Inc. has implemented a technical hotline to enable customers to reach engineering staff directly.

"Although e-mail and the Internet are obviously convenient methods of communication, in a high-tech business such as ours there is an enormous benefit to having direct person-to-person contact available between the engineering department and customers or potential customers," said Ted Collins, engineering manager. "The calls we receive on the Tech Hotline often involve detailed questions about a customer's specific applications and processes. Not only has the Technical Hotline helped a number of customers, it has sparked conversations that will no doubt lead to some great future development possibilities."

For more information, call the hotline at (800) 550-5768.
