Ceramic tiles for pusher and belt style furnaces are now available for trial from Blasch Precision Ceramics. Because of Blasch's unique processing technique, these high-strength, high-flatness furnace tiles, which are suitable for MIM, PIM, PM and heat treating applications, have a uniform networked pore structure that can withstand thermal shock better than competitive products. Blasch tiles can withstand temperatures up to 3000°F, exhibit high creep resistance, and are suitable for use in hydrogen/reducing atmospheres. In addition, Blasch furnace tiles can be fabricated in unique shapes and with holes, grooves and channels to meet special needs.
