BREAKING NEWS: CoorsTek Enters Agreement to Acquire Saint-Gobain Advanced Ceramics

CoorsTek, Inc. recently announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase the Advanced Ceramics business of Saint-Gobain, with facilities in Europe, North America, South America and Asia. Under the agreement, CoorsTek will acquire the Advanced Ceramics business held by Saint-Gobain Ceramic Materials, a leading global supplier of materials and components made from ceramics, grains and powders.

“We are very excited about our addition of the Saint-Gobain Advanced Ceramics business,” said John K. Coors, chairman, president and CEO of CoorsTek. “This acquisition will significantly benefit our customers by expanding our material and processing capabilities, product offerings, and geographical reach.”
