Phillip DeZwirek, chairman and CEO of CECO Environmental Corp. announced recently that the company's CECO Filters subsidiary was awarded a contract valued at $2.1 million to supply fiber-bed mist collectors for an automotive engine plant in North America. Work will begin immediately and is scheduled to be completed by year-end. "This order is significant for CECO Filters as it represents an added dimension to the company incorporating the air handling and fabrication expertise from a sister company, Kirk & Blum Manufacturing Company," said DeZwirek.
