Ceradyne, Inc.'s Vehicle Armor Systems Division recently introduced its F-Armor Series security vehicle. The F350 vehicle features up-armored cab protection, available in Ford 350/450/550 Crew Cab 4 x 4 vehicles, with armor packages providing ballistic protection against a range of military rifle threats. Vehicle Armor Systems, a newly created division of Ceradyne, was formed to perfect advanced lightweight armor applications and fashion them into complete armor systems.
