Ceramic Fuel Cells Ltd. announced it has appointed Janine Hoey as a non-executive director. In addition to sitting on the company’s board, Hoey will serve on Ceramic Fuel Cells’ Audit Committee.

Hoey reportedly has had extensive experience in commercial, operations, and finance roles in the clean energy and airline industries over the last 20 years. She currently holds an executive role with Pacific Hydro Pty Ltd as the general manager of Group Operations and Commercial. Hoeyis a director of a joint venture hydro company in Chile and a director of Perenia Pty Ltd in Australia, a carbon services joint venture company.
