Alunit(R) aluminum nitride ceramic substrate from CeramTec offers a thermal expansion coefficient that is comparable to silicon. With its outstanding insulating properties and high thermal conductivity rating (~180 W/mK), the Alunit substrate delivers 10 times more insulating power and heat conductivity than conventional aluminum oxide.
