CeramTec North America has completed installation of a new double disc grinding process that ranks among the most advanced equipment in the world for the production of ultra-thin ceramic substrate technology. The new equipment, valued at more than $500,000, enhances CeramTec's ability to manufacture thin ceramic substrates that deliver exceptional flatness, parallelism and finish specifications. The investment reflects the company's commitment to meeting customer needs for custom-engineered technical ceramic solutions.
